Create a segment using these conditions: received email at least 10 times in the last 365 days, has not opened an email in the last 365 days, has not placed an order in the last 365 days.
Click "Suppress Current Members" on this segment, then update your Klaviyo plan so you are only billed for active profiles.

Set Up Your Abandoned Cart Flow Correctly
The most common mistake is using Checkout Started as an abandoned cart trigger.
Abandoned Cart should trigger on Added to Cart for shoppers who never reach checkout, while Abandoned Checkout should trigger on Checkout Started for shoppers who abandon checkout.
You need both flows because they capture different buyer intent.

Take your best performing campaigns and re-send them with a discount.
This maximizes the value of every campaign you create.

Send a Final Hours Email
On the last day of a sale, send two emails: your regular send plus a short final hours email in the evening to maximize urgency and conversions.
